We have booked a parcel from Dewas to Kolkata by Gati KWE, surface mode, docket no. 444940035 on 13.04.2015 and the assured delivery date provide by Gati was 19.04.2016, now the today is 08.05.2016 and still the consignment not delivered by gati to destination, we are regularly follow-up with gati representative the complaint no. 14938233, but till date no any action taken nor any reply received from gati.
Please look into the matter ASAP.
