Talauliker – Damage and Product Not Working

I have ordered Power Bank Mi 10400mah on 05 May from Book my Offer ( Saturday Sunday Media Internet.) COD : 448/-.

Few Minutes later I got the message saying that your order is approved and the product will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days ( Order Confirmation Number is 080467719267427 )

I went to open the product the Courier Company Ms Ecom Express Private Limited Margao Ctc – 0832 -6480166 we don’t give open deliver… and problem you have to contact the Company, and signed the Deliver Run Sheet and paid the COD amount.

Upon opening and checking the products it was used with sand on it and the product is not working and there something shaking inside the products.

Immediately i contacted the company on 080-010 001133 it goes on answering machine and no response and several mail and send and still no revert.

Can some one Guide me how to catch this Fraud Company
